The infusion of guided meditation, breathwork, and essential oils release deep pain-stress holding patterns; getting you out of your head and into a body-mind restorative state.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, overworked, or in need of the extra space to detach from all the stress, aches and pains, this extended session is perfect. During your ninety-minute session you'll receive the undivided attention, a personalized massage & bodywork treatments (with all the bells and whistles), and shift where you are felling stuck. $185
Restore - Fusion Massage
If you've been pushing it hard, experiencing burn out, and want to be restored on deeper levels this session is for you. During your two hour customized session, you'll have the space and grace to be deeply restored and work out every kink from head to toe so that you feel your SPARK again. $250
