Casa Om Potomac is a true adult's playground and yoga mansion built by yoga people. Set high above the Potomac River, amongst 63 acres of forest and fields with trails. The sweeping views of the river are spectacular.

Each room is carefully designed with hand-carved furniture imported from India. In addition, there are options for hiking woodland trails, massages, kayaking, ice baths, hot tub, swimming pool and ancient caves to discover.

A survivor of her own burnout, she went from being a stressed-out mom of four girls to someone committed to continual growth and learning. She now shares tools and techniques that help others feel lighter and more calm, both inside and out. A lifelong learner and teacher, she weaves together movement, mindfulness, and storytelling to create experiences that spark transformation. With a gift for holding space that feels both safe and energizing, Kristin invites retreat guests to play, explore, and return home with tools that truly stick
