How to Maximize Your Experience

It may seem like all you have to do to get the most out of your session is show up, relax, and let Fidel work his magic. In some ways, that's true. But there are also some things you can do that will make your experience even more enjoyable,

To enhance the benefits of your session it's recommended that you drink plenty of water throughout the 24 hours before and after your massage or private yoga session. 

You should arrive at least 10 minutes early so that you session starts on time and that you are not feeling rushed. The more relaxed you are at the beginning of your session more you will get out it.

Have an intention. An intention is about the state of being during, not just about the final outcome you want to have. So place an intention in the fore front of your mind about how you want to feel and watch it come to life.

Breathe. Simple, powerful, and vitally important: On the mat or on the table, you’ll get more out of whatever you do and whatever you think if you inhale and exhale mindfully. It will keep you balanced, grounded, practicing within your capacity, and mostly, will allow you to fully experience and appreciate the moments
